Piston Rod Seal Specification

1.Performance and Purpose
It is made up by a nylon check ring, a RP U ring and a rubber bearing ring, which is used as the plunger seal in the pressure machinery hydraulic system cylinder.
2.Material
RP and the FKM can be chosen in special cases.
3.Working Conditions
Working Pressure: ≤31.5MPa;    Working media: hydraulic oil, emulsion, water and etc.    
Working Temperature:    Reciprocating speed:0.5m/s.    
RP:-30~+120℃; FKM:-20~+200℃;
4.Design standard
The slot and product size, tolerance and etc. should be referred to the relative standards of Merkel Company.
