Dust Seal Specification:
1.Performance and Purpose
MAF anti-dust ring is used to avoid the dust, impurities, sand and metal chips into the hydraulic cylinder, reduce the risk of the outside impuritlies into the moving components to result in the scratch. The special design of the anti-dust ring lip can have excellent anti-dust effect. The ring has many features, such as high abrasion resistance, small permanent deformation and outside mechanical impact insistence. With the cooperation of the seal slot outer diameter and the metal interface, the anti-dust ring can be firmly installed in the axial bi-parting slot. Therefore, the lip can have high protection performance for the damage due to the outside causes. in the view of engineering, MAF anti-dust ring is a kind of suitable cylinder seal device, which can form a sealing system with our imported PU piston rod. This system has been experimented and proved in the most adverse Working Conditions.

Working Temperature: RP:-30~+120℃: / FKM:-20~十200℃;
Reciprocating speed: s1m/s
4.installation
The outer diameter of MAF anti-dust ring is a little bigger, which can ensure that a reliable cooperation can be formed in slot DH8 after installation. The anti-dust ring lip should be avoided to contact with the piston, rod hole or other connection components.

The series is in accordance with AF series of Parker Company.
