Heavy Equipment

Mechanical seals are divided into two categories based on the movement of the sealing joint surface, namely static seals and dynamic seals. Static seals refer to seals on the static joint surface, while dynamic seals refer to seals on the moving joint surface. Engineering machinery seals are used in small sealing gaps and have very complex installation positions, requiring high manufacturing accuracy and forming a non-contact seal with the metal surface during operation. They are commonly used in rotating equipment such as pumps and compressors. Engineering seals are often used in harsh working environments, and DMB's advanced material knowledge and process technology mean that we can develop and design precision rubber product components for any industry.

DMB sealing technology experts will work with your team to develop product prototypes and quickly put solutions into production to generate cost-effectiveness. We already have engineering personnel in mechanical design, focusing on accurate and strict tolerances for products and timely understanding of customer needs, as designing a complex equipment requires a professional team. Our internal design and production capacity is sufficient to handle thousands of parts in the normal production of one-time projects, including rubber seals.

DMB sealing technicians can collaborate with customers to develop mechanical seals that meet strict requirements. These mechanical seals typically include Garlast FFKM or FKM, NBR, EPDM, VMQ, CR, NR, etc., utilizing their superior temperature and chemical resistance properties, and providing all data on the material to our customers.
