FFKM (CHEMRES®) perfluoroether rubber material is currently the best rubber material among all elastic sealing materials in terms of high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, and organic solvent resistance. Perfluoroether rubber can withstand corrosion from over 1600 chemical solvents, including strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, ultra-high temperature steam, ethers, ketones, esters, nitrogen-containing compounds, hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, furans, amino compounds, etc. It can withstand high temperatures up to 320 ℃. FFKM perfluoroether components have nearly 15 years of practical application experience in many industries.
Perfluoroether FFKM rubber raw materials to meet the special sealing needs of customers under harsh working conditions. Due to the complex manufacturing process of perfluoroether rubber, currently only a few manufacturers in the world can produce perfluoroether rubber raw materials: DuPont, 3M , Daikin, and Solvay.
According to different temperature resistance levels and raw material performance formulas, permanent core seals have the following different levels of perfluoroether FFKM materials to choose from.

FFKM perfluoroether rubber seals are mainly used for sealing under harsh working conditions in the semiconductor industry, chemical industry, automotive industry, petroleum industry, pharmaceutical industry, battery industry, nuclear power industry, and other industries.
Due to the high cost of raw materials for perfluoroether FFKM rubber, the sealing conditions for using perfluoroether FFKM are usually extremely harsh. Other rubber materials cannot meet the sealing requirements under these harsh conditions, and other rubbers are prone to corrosion, swelling, dissolution, aging and hardening under these harsh conditions, resulting in sealing failure. Perfluoroether FFKM rubber, due to its excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, meets the sealing requirements of harsh working conditions while increasing the service life of seals and reducing customer maintenance costs.
