1.Performance and Purpose

This standard is applicable to the reciprocating movement of air cylinder and shall be adopted for sealing the piston rod of air cylinder.

2.Material

Nitrile rubber + metal framework.

3.Working Conditions

Working Pressure: ≤1 MPa;

Working Temperature :-30°C~+100°C

Working media: Compressed Air

Reciprocating speed: ≤1m/s.

4.Design standard

The slot and product sizes, tolerances and etc. should be in line with JB/T 6657-93 standard.

5.Marking and Ordering Method

The air cylinder shall be marked by the cushion ring and ordering No. and illustrated
